TSB to issue three recommendations following investigation into the 2021 fatal capsizing of the fishing vessel Tyhawk
Dartmouth, Nova Scotia, 20 November 2023 — The Transportation Safety Board of Canada (TSB) will hold a news conference to release its investigation report (M21A0065) into the April 2021 fatal capsizing of the fishing vessel Tyhawk in Nova Scotia.
