Investigation update notice: June 2019 train derailment in Sarnia, Ontario

The Transportation Safety Board of Canada (TSB) continues its investigation (R19T0107) into the 28 June 2019 Canadian National freight train derailment near Sarnia, Ontario. The TSB has provided additional information concerning the progress of the investigation. The update also includes four rail safety advisory letters (RSA 08/19, RSA 09/19, RSA 06/20, and RSA 07/20) issued during the course of this investigation.
