Investigation report: Grounding of a barge in the Fraser River in November 2020
Richmond, British Columbia, 23 June 2021 — Today, the Transportation Safety Board of Canada (TSB) released its investigation report (M20P0320) into the grounding of the barge Lafarge Eagle while under tow of the tug Mauna Loa in the Fraser River, BC, on November 1, 2020.
