Investigation report: November 2019 bottom contact of a bulk carrier in Kahnawake, Quebec
Québec, Quebec, 8 July 2020 — Today, the Transportation Safety Board of Canada (TSB) released its investigation report (M19C0387) into the 27 November 2019 bottom contact of bulk carrier Kaministiqua in Kahnawake, Quebec.
The TSB conducted a limited-scope, fact-gathering investigation into this occurrence to advance transportation safety through greater awareness of potential safety issues.
