Investigation report: August 2019 collision with terrain (with injuries) in Shawinigan, Quebec

Montreal, Quebec,  — 

Today, the Transportation Safety Board of Canada (TSB) released its investigation report (A19Q0146) into the 22 August 2019 collision with terrain (with injuries) of a Cessna U206G float plane in Shawinigan, Quebec.

The TSB conducted a limited-scope, fact-gathering investigation into this occurrence to advance transportation safety through greater awareness of potential safety issues.
