TSB to release safety concern following its investigation into a 2019 crossing accident in Kitchener, ON

The Transportation Safety Board of Canada (TSB) will release its investigation report (R19T0191) into a 2019 accident in which a GO Transit commuter train struck an adult and a child at a public crossing in Kitchener, Ontario.
