Performance results: The Department was able to respond within 30 days or less in 42% of completed cases.Footnote * The remaining requests were completed within 31 to 60 days (18%), within 61 to 120 days (9%), within 121 to 180 days (9%), within 181 to 365 days (6%) and over 365 days (16%).
